To cancel or amend an order made on www.kirbatours.com, it is necessary and mandatory to send an email to booking@kirbatours.com.

GROUP TOURS:
“The Colosseum & Gladiator Chronicles” and ” Skip-the-line Tour of Colosseum, Forum & Palatine Hill” Tours:
You can cancel up to 72 hours in advance of the tour for a partial refund of the 50% you have paid. If you cancel less than 72 hours before the tour starting time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Other group tours:
If you cancel a group tour up to 24 hours in advance of the tour starting time, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour starting time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Additionally, group tours require a minimum number of travelers for it to take place.
If the tour is canceled by Kirba Tours because the minimum number of travelers is not met, you will be offered a choice of either:
– Rescheduling the tour for a different date.
– Selecting an alternative experience offered by Kirba Tours.
– Receiving a full refund for the canceled tour.

EXPERIENCES:
You can cancel an experience up to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled starting time for a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience starting time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

PRIVATE TOURS:
You can cancel a private tour up to 72 hours in advance of the tour for a full refund (except the cost of the entrance tickets). If you cancel less than 72 hours before the tour starting time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Please note that if the tour or experience includes entrance tickets to museums (such as Colosseum, Vatican Museums, Pantheon, Castel Sant’Angelo and others), the entrance tickets are NON-refundable and NON-modifiable.

PRIVATE TRANSFERS: 
You can cancel up to 72 hours before the scheduled transfer time for a full refund, except for an 8€ booking and administration fee, which will not be refunded.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late to the meeting point, the tour or experience cannot be rescheduled or modified. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the starting time of the tour or experience.

Weather:
Our tours and experiences operate in all weather conditions, so please dress appropriately. Sometimes it may be necessary to make minor adjustments to the itinerary to ensure your safety. These changes do not entitle customers to any refund or compensation. In the event of extreme weather conditions that pose a safety risk, we will reschedule your tour or offer a refund. The decision to reschedule or refund due to extreme weather conditions is at the sole discretion of Kirba Tours.

Unforeseen Closures or Strikes:
In the event of the unexpected closure of a site or attraction on the day of your tour, your guide will provide an alternative itinerary. In such circumstances, there is no compensation or refund offered.

FOR ORGANIZED GROUPS ON DEMAND:
Once tour confirmation has been received no refund is provided and the entrance tickets cannot be refunded or changed.

IMPORTANT: “The Colosseum & Gladiator Chronicles” and “Skip-the-line Tour of Colosseum, Forum & Palatine Hill” Tours:
ID or passport is mandatory (for adults and children). Guests who show up without ID or passport cannot be guaranteed entrance.
The full names (as shown on the ID card) of all the participants in the booking are needed at the time of the booking, incomplete information on the booking cannot guarantee the entrance to the Colosseum or the Roman Forum.
